I really viewed the end of the Ninja Tribunal season as the end of the show. Everything in Fast Forward and Back To The Sewer are just bonus episodes to me. I honestly thought that the Back To The Sewer season wasn't gonna happen and the turtles would just have to spend eternity in the future.

I don't think there's any specific chronology to the Peanuts specials. Given that they were all made years apart, I doubt that the producers had any such thing in mind when they were making them. They just take place when they take place.
