    A transmission line 3 phase 33kv acsr lion type is connected with a underground cable of 3x400 sqmm xlpe cable.. how is it achieved.. what is the interface to connect it.. if the OH line is brought near the ground to connect to UG cable will there not be a fault occurring due to short clearing...
