there are many kind of charger in market output= 5v-350mA output-= 4.5v-800mA output= 5v--9v/ 890mA is there any problem if i use one of them? why is that difference in mA?

I have a new W350. when trying to use the camera I get a message 'another application is running close it and then start the camera" I have no idea how to close the app. in fact I have no idea which app, thanks - shabbir
