    When I upload a flash video to youtube it is very choppy. How can I make the video...

    ...smooth? I made a animation out of adobe flash cs4 professional. I exported it to quicktime(mac). Then I uploaded it to youtube. It worked but, my video kept missing frames and the audio was off. What can I do to change that? Do I need a converter?
