    Financial support for part-time HE course?

    I am due to start a one year HE Certificate that is classed as part-time, would I be entitled to any grants, bursaries etc as I am also a single parent and will have to pay the fees myself. There seems to be lots of advice out there for full-time HE, but not part-time.
