I'm just curious because I usually watch the subbed and I've heard that some of the seasons were skipped in dubbed. Does some one know which ones? Thanks!

So I am narrating a flash cartoon but I want to play a song in the background...The song overpowers the narration, I would like it quietly playing in the background but I can't figure out how to individually adjust volume, any help?
