Does anyone know approximately how much a ccok makes in the chain restaurants (TGI Fridays, Applebee's, Olive Garden, Outback, Macaroni Grill, Max & Erma's, etc.)? I know servers only make just over $2.00/hour + tips so assuming cook's wage isn't great either. If anyone can answer this...

The timing chain in my 2002 Oldsmobile Alero broke last fall. I had 72,000 miles on my car at the time. It caused significant damage to the cylinder head and end up costing me a lot of money mostly in labor costs to get the car fixed. I really hope it doesn't happen again anytime soon but...

Here's what happened. The timing chain broke on my 2002 Oldsmobile Alero resulting in a damaged cylinder head. Instead of getting a new cylinder head I got a used engine installed from a 2003 Grand Am. The mechanic just told me he installed the engine but that the car is running really rough...
