    2002 Chevy Malibu is piece of Sh**! Why does it do this?

    ok...very noticeable when going up hill or incline. Or just increasing speed in general. The car lags, loses power, and surges. The RPM gauge goes back and forth. I've changed sparks/wires. Changed fuel filter, cleaned throttle position sensor, used fuel cleaners and still! PLease don't say...
