    Is it possible to make a practical lens with an image resolution significantly

    better than 1 wavelength? Obviously, the IC manufacturers would be really interested to know if this is possible! They've been lately hitting a ceiling, forcing them to start using even x-rays for greater image resolution. Are you sure?
