I know this song has had a lot of controversy, but I never found an answer. What group was it that ACTUALLY made the song? I can tell it isn't Rammstein.

I'm not new to photoshop. I've made some pretty good signatures/photo manips, but I'm still not that good at it. Does anyone have a site I could go to in order to get better? I don't seem to have an imagination like other people I know of. It gets disappointing to know that you've been doing it...
