How can I change this?? I'm tired of people commenting on how bony I am. I want to change my eating habits but for some reason, I get full so quickly! I would like some meat on my bone! Help me pleaseee. I'm 20.
I'll probably go to either an online college/university or one in Watertown, New York which is where im moving after high school. I tried to do some research but it didnt help much! So any tips or info would be great. Thanks
