whats the cheapest couple of ways to raise horse power in a newer car. I already figured i would put an intake in it but im having trouble coming up with any more ideas under $1,000.

When my car shifts up into a higher gear it lurches forward and when slowing it also jumps but not as bad. there are 2 things that have changed 1. i had a oil change 2. the transmission fluid was a quart low. I had the fluid topped off but the problem still persists. can anybody tell me whats...
