Hello- I was doing a 30minute practise with my mates today before Football which is tomorrow, about 4:30PM GMT.. And i have just Pulled my hamstring, I'm fine walking- not a problem, it only hurts when i come in contact kicking the football?? I have to play tomorrow..? So please can somone...
