Why isn't anyone calling these fools out on net neutrality?

Fools, such as Obama and most of the Republican party are claiming that abolishing net neutrality will bring about some kind of liberty... Liberty of what? The Liberty to be charged $5 by your ISP every time you visit Yahoo? The Liberty to have your internet connection throttled just because...

    Expressvu price increase

What I'm amazed by is how complicated Bell is making this price increase...contract vs no contract vs old vs new vs changes vs no changes vs dates and such. At least with Star Choice, its across the board and its said and done...nothing is left pending. Will the $3/bundle increase affect those...

I must leave BEV - how can I reduce cancellation fee?

Isn't that why everyone cancels though? You've switched providers, or can't afford it, or you've moved. If all of these were valid reasons for breaking your contract, Bell wouldn't even bother with contracts!!

Can we hook up BEV receiver at the campsite/cottage?

If you want to take satellite service with you when you go camping, just switch to Star Choice. They'll be happy to get everything setup for you. The dish seems to be harder to align, but you don't have to worry about being disconnected or having to pay reconnection/early termination fees!

BEV ends subscriptions to Movie Entertainment Magazine

So it sounds like ALL the providers have made changes to the Movie Entertainment magazine. Star Choice is now making it an "optional" service and charging an extra $1 per month to keep it.

I must leave BEV - how can I reduce cancellation fee?

You'd think so, but I've heard horror stories of people signing contracts with the cell companies, only to find the service doesn't work in their house/place of work/cottage/etc, and thats never been a valid reason to cancel. I'm not sure if ExpressVu is different. I know with Star Choice...

I must leave BEV - how can I reduce cancellation fee?

In a situation like that, I would guess they would have the service suspended and the contract continue when the soldier returned. As terrible as it sounds, it's not Bell's (or anyone else's) fault. You've entered a legal contract. You are breaking that legal contract, you need to pay the...

I must leave BEV - how can I reduce cancellation fee?

I have to say I would be surprised if they eliminate the fee just because you're moving to an unservicable area. A contract is a contract, and from their point of view, you've aggreed to pay for 2 years of service. I've never heard of any the cell companies cancelling your contract because you...

I saw this today as a News headline. My question what kind of sick, Satanic...

...Religion does this type of things.? NICE, France (July 26) -- French President Nicolas Sarkozy vowed today to seek revenge on the North African wing of al-Qaida for beheading an elderly French aid worker after a joint Franco-Mauritanian raid to rescue him last week failed. Al Qaeda....what...

Haven't Republicans learned anything from the Timothy McVeigh incident?

What's going on is nothing but a repeat of Bill Clinton's term in office when Republican hyperbole ended in Timothy McVeigh killing 168 men, women, and children in Oklahoma City... Republican's make outrageous statements and then claim no responsibility when crazy people take their crazy...
