    Do garden gnomes and gnomes in folk lore look the same?

    I know that there is a difference between the two, but do they look different? Do they dress differently? Also, what are their personalities like? I've tried doing research on the actual gnomes from folk lore, but I only find information about the lawn gnomes.

    Why won't Window's Media Player detect my Ipod?

    I want to sync some songs onto my ipod from some cds I got, and on Windows Media Player, when I put the songs in the sync list, it says at the top "Connect device" and I connect my Ipod on the computer but it still says "Connect device". What's the deal?
