    bbm still not working after i bought a web pack on vodafone payg?

    i just bought a £5 web pack off vodafone payg and my internet and bbm messenger still isnt working i have surfed the internet for like hours and it has repeatedly said that i needed internet so i bought it and it still don't work!! what do i do? please help, im so frustrated. x
