    Is it possible to lose the weight with no exercise?

    I have neck & back injury from jogging too fast too soon, i can barely move now.. I am 220 pounds, i now only eat fruit & veggies, with 200 gms of protein daily my caloric intake could be 800-1000 should i decrease it since am trying to lose weight & not doing any sort of exercise..
