I think thats a good idea. Kind of in the cant hurt,might help catagory. It locks in the stains,so i dont see why it wouldnt lock in the odor to. I would just try it,and dont lay your carpet for about a week to see if the odor dissapears. we used the kilz on our wall,granted they didnt have an...
