    how to make a photoshop image narrow like a road?

    i have a picture of a cross and i want to tilt it a lil so the bottom looks like the begining of a road and the end kind of fade off but still have the t intersection clearly visable does anyone know how to do this?

    could have been a form of lightning such as ball lightning. Doesnt have to be a thunderstorm for this to occur.
