    Solve problem over sales of shared apartments- how to calculate the rates if sizes different ?

    Land is 650 sq. mts. and there are 4 apartmetns - one of which is 6 sq. mts. bigger due to an open un-covered balcony . When the land is sold ... how much more does the bigger apartment have a right to claim ?
