Fill the pan with water and bring to a boil, scraping with a flipper or spatula.

I use salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. You can add a little oil to the pan, but you really don't need to. Just make sure the pan is hot, and don't mess with them for a few minutes, and they will pull off the pan much easier.
