    Hi friends. I have a Toshiba Satellite Laptop. It doesnt connect the bluetooth

    with my cell.? When ever i start the bluetooth it says TosBtmng not working properly. Because of this now i cant even use the nokia pc suit. Pls give me some solution urgently. How can i repair it ?? from where i can get the software to reinstall
