If I sear my smallish chicken thighs in a skillet for 4 mins on each side, how long should I bake them afterward to cook throughout? They're a bit on the small side so I'm not sure for how long and at what temperature to bake them.

I went to the Cubs/Pirates game today at Wrigley Field and after 3 hours of rain and no baseball, they postponed the game. Are my tickets going to be honored when they reschedule the game, or will I just get a refund? Who do I contact about that?
