Kidnapping, rape, and murder. Guilty on all 3 counts. And the person pleas guilty. It's for a project i am working on. Nobody i know actually committed any of this.

A story with kidnap, murder, rape, and grief. A young man is dealing with a death of his father and in the process he and his friends end up kidnaping a girl they don't even know, at least he thinks so. With that information alone what book genre would you put it in?
