I think it should be allowed, but I also think that this time of year you should have to post some kind of bond that would pay for your rescue if you need it, and you should also be REQUIRED to carry beacon locators, which the people who are lost on the mountain right now are NOT carrying.

...part of the university? I think my gran used to live there. It's an old stone-looking building with a bay window in the front and it looks like it's the only house that's still there...everything else is university or hospital buildings. Do you know anything about this house? Who lives...
