    Really sharp pain in right abdomen?

    I've just had a really sharp, stabbing pain come on in the right of my abdomen.. It's REALLY painful. If I press on it it hurts even more. I've had this before; it comes and goes. What could it be? :/ It's my lower abdomen

    REALLY sharp pain in lower right Abdomen, what could this be???!!!?

    I've been erm... Constipated... For a few days, and just this evening I've had such an incredibly sharp pain come on in my lower right abdomen. It's a stabbing pain which is really horrible and uncomfortable. It especially hurts when pressed.. :/ What could this be?
