    What are some good apps for the HTC HD2/Windows Marketplace?

    I'm new to this smart phone thing, and basically I'm fine with a camera and facebook app so it really isn't a big deal if there aren't many to download, but if there are some good ones please tell me and what they do. If not HTC HD2 than apps from the Windows Marketplace

    If a crime is tried with an amendment that is disregarded would it be under the

    Supreme Court? Say for example your convicted for something and your car gets illegally searched and it was used against you which is against one of your rights and you appeal the case, would the case then go to the supreme or to a circuit court?
