Why are only 2 lights on my siemens speedstream modem on?
It has 5 lights power,ethernet,dsl,internet and activity. Before it would power up then the dsl light would turn on then ethernet then internet but now only the power light is on and the ethernet light blinks endlessly Its a siemens speedstream 4100 from at&t -

Can i use my iphone 3gs without an att data plan?
My stepdad bought the iphone 4 and gave me his old iphone 3gs but i cant afford the data plan(yes i pay it myself) is there any way around it? My phone is unlocked and jailbroken on 4.0.1 can att make me get a data plan if i bought the phone for 600$(without 2 year contract?) -
