It is fixable, the problem is getting cricket to listen. It is crickets problem, I had similar problems with text and my CNAM when I ported from Boost/Iden. My text was fixed in the first 2 weeks and CNAM took almost 2 yrs. I went the rounRAB with CS on the phone, always referred to a corp store...
