my uncle went to the philippines for 6 months for business trip...and bought mobile broadband... he gave it to me coz he said the 3 months subscription is over...i want to use it here in U.S. but the problem is its lock to its previous provider... i tried googling it but it only showed me...

i know its a stupid question but...i have to ask it any way i wanna know if its safe to drop caddy in my fantasy team...i picked up cigarette blunt...i mean leGarrette blount...or keep caddy and drop donald brown instead
