Cardio will make you tone down babe. Use light weights with longer sets to get toned. Longer set meaning use a 10 pound weight for 3 sets of 30 reps, instead of 25 pound weight for 3 sets of 8 which would make you bulk up. Look for full body bodyweight exercises. Sounds like what you might want...

On Internet Explorer the vids will play for 10-30secs and then won't work anymore. The Games will load for a few secs and when I click them the screen goes black. On Firefox nothing works it all goes black. I have checked that scripting was enabled. What do I do? Is it something I downloaded...
