I got all 7 badges and the last time I beat team rocket was in Silph Co. In Saffron City. What do I need to do?

I enter my access code a million times, but it still didn't work. It said "Thank you for registering your copy of Madden NFL 10." And under that it asked where I wanted to go. Please help me with this if you can. I want GOOD answers please. I can't believe the game!
