I'm just learning HTML and I'm using textedit on my mac... I saved my document as .html in plain text but now I can't go back and type more into it... I open it with text edit and it just looks like a website in the little text edit window. and when i save it as.txt it looks the same... how do I...

I have a plant that sits on top of the back of my TV (it's an older kind - not flatscreen) and some water dripped down into it. Now it's all different weird colors when I turn it on and then it finally gets a little sound and turns off. What should I do? Do you think if I wait it will ever work...
