I mean in reality what happens on the ground. Will a US (White) major salute a Congo General? I have been told that you normally have to salute even across countries if you encounter somebody of higher rank. But how realistic is this? I am asking "Will" and not "Have to".

i have real player installed. when i watch videos via streaming the video and audio is blurry and the real player buffers a lot. is it because the format is not supported or because my network speed is slow. will,changing my service provide to airtel help. plz help
