you can terminate the contract at anytime but they will probably charge your for the early fee and then if the phone was bought under contract they may charge you full price for the phone but you wont have to give the phone back it may get locked by att I am not sure if they do that or not and...

i don't know a lott about nokia phones but, the only way that i know you can do that without buy a bluetooth or a usb adapter is if you have a wireless router at home or where ever your computer is then i would try to network them together to through the router then transfer your stuff
