I have used a tool before, trouble is i cant remeber its name. I stumbled upon it one time by accidently pressing the wrong keys. Its great, u can blend a picture into a background u have, make it darker, lighter, its hard to describe but if anyone knows of anything that sounds familiar please...

I have made an image in photoshop, and i wanna make it like a pic you can just transport in jpeg format. How do I? I tried saving it as a jpeg but it said "file could not be found?" Please help, thanks.
