    Quality of a Verizon CPO Phone?

    I want to get a Droid 2 but dont have the money to buy a $199 phone. The Certified Pre-Oqwned phones is only $50. My question is, is it safe to buy a CPO phone? Is it reliable or show signs of wear and tear? And was it previously used by someone or just refurbished? Thanks

    Which Pokemon Should I have obtained by the 3rd Gym in Pokemon Platinum?

    Basically I have been playing Platinum and I'm at the third gym but haven't caught ANY Pokemon (except for my party) Anyway. which Pokemon do I need to go back and get? Please help!!!
