    "Media test failure, check cable" what does this mean when doing system recovery and

    windows setup? This morning when I tried to restart my pc it coudn't get to the desktop. As soon as I see "Windows XP" then the pc would restart again....this process kept on repeating without being able to get to the desktop. Then I finally received these messages: 1.
