When you turn on the head lights they come on but you have no tail lights or dash lights. I have checked the fuses and tried replacing the light switch. Neither worked. any ideas?

Check engine light is on,car runs just fine when you are driving/accelerating but when at an idle the car studders and occasionally will die. I have ran diagnostic check on it and it comes back "BANK 1 LEAN" well the guy at Advance said it is likely from carbon build up said to try putting some...
