I have a bmx bike that I just use to ride around with friends.. The problem is I pedal but don't go very far.. The brakes don't rub.. Any solution to this problem? Thanks!

Does anyone have any resources that will help be to practice for the dairy steer and heifer evaluation competition? What to look for on the cow, characteristics, muscle, fat, anything like that? Thanks.
