    You have to call verizon to unlock you phone?

    If you buy a phone from someone and is a BlackBerry Storm and you wan to use it anywhere in the world like Canada, Panama, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic,etc you have to call verizon to unlocked it and if you do do you have to pay or they do it for free?
