I know how to flash this phone but I'm having problems getting it to be recognized with the computer. I have the dll and the mmc file ready to go but I plug it in and all it does is charge. I changed the data connection settings to modem, still just charges. I am going to try another cable but...

Have you tried location other than where you were at? What phone did you get?
