was just wondering what exercises can i do to increase my sprint speed and vertical jump? im assuming that you could probably increase both at the same time due to them both relying on leg power.
i know about fast twitch fibres and stuff like that so i dont need an explanation per say...
i dont know why but i got a feeling its gonna be one of these days where something majorly controversial happens in tonights manchester derby, like a clear goal being disallowed, or a clearly offside player scoring
of course it doesnt help that everyone's emotions will be running high...
