Hi All, I'm looking to buy a road bike and want to make sure I'm buying the right size. The guy at performance bike told me that I should go with a 54cm. But I just checked online and it looks like I need about a 50cm bike. What do you guys think? Here are my overall measurements. Thanks...

There is a really nice bike path that runs along from Santa Monica, all the way down to torrance along the beach. It's about 20 or so miles each way. There is supposed to be a really nice one that runs along the LA river also, but I've never tried it out.
