I've seen people use both terms without too much distinction. I've thought that troll meant someone who is on the boards to intentionally cause trouble, while a poe is someone who pretends to be religious in order to mock the religion from the inside.

because all of the technology and modern comforts are created to make life easier. things are created so that you don't have to leave the house as much, you don't have to socialize as much. this leads to loneliness and having a harder time finding a mate.

innovations in technology, which were created by Americans because America became a "melting pot" of races and ethnicities, and the more diverse a person's ethnic background is, the more intelligent and capable they are.
