i am working on a 2002 ford think neighbor, its governed at 25mph, is there any way to make it go faster, can the controller be programed to remove the governor or can something else be done, i know the law states it must go 25 but there must be a way to squeeze some more speed out of it.

i have a 2001 f-150 with a 4.6L i want to build a new engine and drop in it. i want to stick with a 4.6, what is the best way to build it up for street performance. also is it true you can turn a 4.6 block into a 302.
