I try to play pandora through my car and while it is playing, i hear this annoying tick noise, and what I dont understand is other things play fine, it is just pandora, is it my phone or pandora?

I currently have a kenwood that is connected to an amp and 6x9's. What stereos sound good but cost less than 140?

I would say starter is a good possibility. The battery is fine if the electrics work. It could be something else too. It could be something internal. The only real way to know is to take it somewhere, but starter sounds reasonable.
