    What is better the 2.8 or the 4.3 for a Chevy S10?

    My friend thinks the 2.8 is a higher revving engine, and the 4.3 is more of a low rev torque engine. I am trying to explain to him the pros and cons of both. Anyone have any input on these 2 engines?

    My friend thinks the 2.8 is a higher revving engine, and the 4.3 is more of a low rev torque engine. I kind of agree,because when I do burnouts my 4.3 s10 revs really high. I am trying to explain to him the pros and cons of both. Anyone have any input on these 2 engines?
