Bought a car that was in an accident and had both airbags deployed. Using this as a free pass to get a custom steering wheel, but can't figure out how to get the airbag out. I don't want people giving me their opinions about steering wheels, just answer my question. thanks.

My 87 Accord does the same thing. I've had it in the shop and they're guess is that it's the timing. They charge an arm and a leg, so I didn't have them try and fix it. so, I can't really tell you if that's the problem or not, but it's something to look at.
