if your talking about an 18 year old and a minor, you have to have consent of the 16 year old. anyone both under 18 can do whatever they want. you do not need parental consent.. just the minors. any 18 year old with a minor under 16 is illegal. even with consent.

i have 1200 friends and normally have about 100 online at a time. but the last day or 2 there have only been 5-20 people online and they are all idle. i know there is more people online than that because i have new friends updating status's on my news feed every minute.. anyone else experiencing...
